Physician Code of Conduct

All physical therapy is not the same.

If the therapists you refer to don't subscribe to these policies, your patients deserve more.

1. The physical therapist will work closely with each referring physician.
2. We will provide your patients with treatment based on the current best evidence.
3. We will work with our referring physicians in an efficient manner.
4. We will provide legible, up-to-date plans of care, progress reports and discharge summaries.
5. We will provide your patients with cost-effective care at all times.
6. We will work with your patients to achieve their functional goals.
7. We will work at all times to foster trust, mutual respect and interdependence between our office and yours.
8. We will notify the referring physician of any contrary finding or changes in the patient's condition that will affect the plan of care.
9. We will establish ourselves as leaders in the field of physical therapy in our community.
10. We will always make the care of your patient our Number One Priority.
